For the health and safety of our clients and crews: Our crews are not permitted to carry toilet brushes in their kits. Please be sure to have a toilet brush placed beside each toilet in your home so that your services are not disrupted. If you would like more information about this, please call 720-446-6328

Gratuities are appreciated for exceptional service. There is a $49 DISPATCH fee for same day cancellations. There is a NO ACCESS fee equal to the full cost of your service if we arrive, cannot access the home, cannot reach you and your service is cancelled as a result. We will stay on site for 45 minutes trying to reach you. Be sure to disarm alarm systems on your service day or provide us with a code. If you have dogs please be sure that they have been kenneled or are not present. All services are quoted and billed based on time blocked, not actual time spent. Time on site begins the moment we arrive at your front door, time ends after we've loaded the last of our equipment back into the car. If more time is needed to complete your service than was blocked, it will incur added costs. You will be charged for the next full quarter hour the moment the crew enters into it. All services include and are priced with the expectation of performing a single treatment on each surface to be cleaned. If a lack of maintenance exists, 2nd or 3rd treatments may be needed. Our crews come equipped with the supplies, know-how and motivation to get the job done right. If more time is needed it is not for a lack of trying or caring, but due to the fact that all jobs are booked sight unseen. We work hard to build a culture of caring, respect, humility, accountability, fun and professionalism. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE: Please note that we respectfully reserve the right to turn down projects that are beyond our cleaning capabilities. This includes properties with a severe lack of maintenance that pose a risk to the health of our employees. If you think that a health hazard may exist at your home please be candid about your situation. Health hazards include but are not limited any presence of human or animal feces, animal carcasses, urine, blood or vomit.
